SEA is a Development oriented Non-profit Organisation registered under Society Reg. Act 1958, Reg. No. is 23/BPR/2002-03, working towards the sustainability of Health, Education Livelihood & Community Based Organizations. The head office is situated at Bharatpur Rajasthan, and the liasioning office is situated at Jaipur and also has 4 field offices in deferent parts of Rajasthan State. It successfully operates through its group of committed volunteers and staff.

SEA has a - State executive committee members with secretary Sabyasachi Routray. The members are basically elected by the General Body. The secretary Sabyasachi Routray runs the administration & Management of Programmes, The accountant is basically responsible for the accounts of the Organisation, Its accounts are audited yearly by qualified Chartard accountant. It has professionals such as social scientist, doctors, counselors, paramedical, Agriculture scientist etc., besides secretarial headquarters.

At least 7 members must attend each meeting for the quorum to be met. The board plays a vital role in organizational management, recruitment of key programme personnel, and provides suggestions and guidance. Also, it meets with staff and interacts with stakeholders to learn their views and needs in order to help the organizations management to plan appropriately and effectively. The board believes that stakeholder participation plays a critical role in ensuring organizational transparency and accountability

SEA has a well equipped room facilities like; office rooms, conference hall, training hall and maximum parking areas. The strength of its full time staff is 20 and 1500 volunteers.

SEA programmes are primarily based in the districts of Bharatpur, Dholpur, Jhalawar, Jaipur, Kota, Ajmer, Udaipur, Dausa, and Tonk.

The organization believes in intensive teamwork approach, need assessment studies, baseline surveys, and research. The evidenced based data helps us to verify and recognize the problems, and function as motivator and facilitator in creating an enabling environment. The organization tries to diagnose the root cause of the problems amidst different sections of the society for effective planning and future course of action.
